Getting leisure operators ready for a record-breaking summer
Booking peaks, staffing shortages and guests who expect a five-star app. How we helped three UK resort groups prepare.

The British summer of 2025 was the busiest on record for our leisure customers. Three of them came to us in March asking the same question: can our software cope?
We did three things. We hardened the booking pipeline against thundering-herd peaks. We rebuilt the staff rota tool around a single 'today' screen. And we shipped a guest-facing PWA so families weren't asked to download yet another app.
The result: zero booking outages across the bank holidays, and an NPS bump of 14 points across the group.
