Day Worksheet 2026: faster site reports, fewer taps
Our biggest Day Worksheet release yet — redesigned for one-handed use, with offline sync that finally feels invisible.

When we first shipped Day Worksheet in 2014 it had one job: get site supervisors out of paper diaries and into a daily report they could actually finish before tea-break. Twelve years on, that goal hasn't changed — but the tools have.
The 2026 release rebuilds the capture flow around one-handed use. Labour, plant and materials are now a single scrollable card. Photos attach in two taps. Sign-offs are biometric. And our offline sync engine — rewritten on top of CRDTs — means a week off-grid in the Highlands no longer ends in a merge nightmare.
Existing customers will see the update roll out automatically across the UK over the next fortnight. New to Day Worksheet? Pop the kettle on and book a demo.
